BattleShip teaches math concepts -- A Nerdstuff Toy Review

The classic game of battle ship is all about plotting, grids, and other math concepts. A new version adds a twist; hexagonal tiles and ships make the game a little more challenging, and a lot more fun. This is a Nerdstuff toy review for a toy that we love. At first, Wes cried whenever I sunk a ship, but he’s since gotten over it. We practice our NATO Phonetic Alphabets (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie.. up to Oscar), our good sportsmanship skills, and we practice using plots as maps.
