From the people that I spoke to, about 80% of them eat Poha, Upma for breakfast which can be healthy but is not as healthy as Oats.

There are different types of oats -
Rolled Oats
Instant Oats
Oats Bran

Why is Oats Bran better?
Oats is the out layer of the oats which is husk.
Oats Bran as it is 50% higher in fibre than any other Oats and 40 to 50% higher in protein than any other Oats. It also has antioxidants & minerals


The reason I recommend to Have Oats Bran at the starting of the day-
-Its has tremendous health benefits.
-Oats Bran tastes like Upma but is great for digestion, is high in protein, and also helps in improving gut health and lowering cholesterol.
It kills your Mid morning Hunger pangs
