Ingredients:-
* 4 cloves of sliced garlic
* 3 stalks of chop spring onion separate the root and upper portion
* 1 fresh ginger, slice into prefer thickness
* 5 dry chilies washed and cut
* 1 spoon of Sichuan pepper
* 1 or 2 potatoes, slice into prefer thickness
* 15 prawn washed and cleaned
* 1 small lotus cut and washed
* 2 King oyster mushroom washed and cut
* 1 handful of brocoli washed
* 1 fish cake, slice into prefer thickness

Steps:-
1. Boiled a pot of water - put in potatoes and lotus to cook for 5 minutes. Once cook, use a strain.
2. Continue with King Oyster mushroom, broccoli and fish cake for 3 minutes.
3. Pour the hot water away.
4. Heat up some oil and fry the 2 packets of pre mix sauce.
5. Stir fry the sliced garlic, ginger and white portion of spring onion for 3-5 minutes with middle heat until you smell the aroma.
6. Add on the prawns until it turn into bright red colour.
7. Mix others cooked ingredients and add in 50ml water to simmer for 2 minutes.
8. Lastly, add the green portion of spring onion.
