Guyanese Aloo Paratha || Potato Roti- Episode 157

Ingredients and Measurements:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar OR 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
water
oil to oil the roti

For the filling:
4-5 large potatoes (about 2.5 cups cook potatoes)
1 scallion sliced (just the green edges)
4 cloves garlic finely chopped
2 wiri wiri peppers or 1/2 scotch bonnet pepper finely chopped
1 sprig culantro finely chopped (optional)
1 tbsp. butter
salt to taste
black pepper to taste (optional)
