It’s Day #16 of IGNITE! This is your Cardio Mobility and Stretch workout! This is an active recovery bodyweight workout, exactly like it sounds! We're going to get intervals of some cardio, which I'll give you high intensity and low intensity options, along with mobility and a good stretch! I'll give you lots of modifications so you can work to your level and be where you are today. You don't need any equipment for this workout, just some space to move! Are you ready? Let's do it!
