Yakamaru (Solo Mirage Phase)

By golly god this took forever. Easily around 20 hours of attempts blown on this damn thing. Thank god for Practice Mode for letting me go straight to mirage phase.

Decided not to speed up this kill since I think every moment is actually exciting and deserves to be seen untouched. Let me know how you like this approach for future videos!

Stun started off pretty spooky with that instant tendril but otherwise that was good. I did the best I could with shark since that part sucks no matter what. Sand/tendril could of course be faster and I did make some mistakes like hesitating on some SGB/SWH specs when I could have gone for it (ESPECIALLY on tendril), but oh well. Getting the kill is more important at this stage. Too bad I signed during sand though.

For those wondering, I took a shadow glaive so I didn't need to worry about switching between bolts and arrows in the heat of the moment. Black stone arrows are the best thing to use since they directly increase your chances of hitting. Strykebow is taken for that same reason, to apply black stone arrows during Barricade. Laceration boots is taken so I'm able to use Bladed Dive while under my elysian spirit shield.
