Is the Mikvah Modest? | Modesty at the Mikvah | Orthodox Jewish Mom (Jar of Fireflies)

I was asked by so many people how it could be modest to be in the mikvah with rabbis in the room for my conversion. Yes, I was naked in the mikvah. Yes, the rabbis were all men. So how can this be modest? In this video I will start out by talking briefly about what exactly mikvah is, then I will go into detail about my mikvah experience during my conversion to Judaism, as well as talk about when I was a mikvah attendant for a woman who converted, and finally I will talk about how modesty is achieved when a women goes to the mikvah with just women, and briefly how we did it during Covid.
