Crab Meat Spaghetti Recipe: Crab, Spaghetti, Bottarga and Tomato | Spaghetti with Crab

Today, I made crab meat spaghetti!
I also made spaghetti that is semi-dried for the texture. I enjoyed this dish so much despite it being the 4th bowl of pasta I had for the day!
This crab spaghetti is a rather quick version. I didn't start from a whole, raw crab and did not have the body/head part of the crab to work with.
To replace the depth acquired from the body/head part, I used bottarga. It did what I intended and gave the dish some depth without overpowering!
It was a very pleasant dish that I would be happy eating any day :)
