So to kick things off, we’re heading to Mexican Hat, Utah to check out Monument Valley and the Valley of the Gods. Then to continue the van life road trip, we brave the snowy weather of Colorado and take a winter train ride from Durango on the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad to Cascade Canyon!
