1950s Moto Guzzi Falcone Sport Motorcycle. Bella!

Описание к видео 1950s Moto Guzzi Falcone Sport Motorcycle. Bella!

A rare 1950s Moto Guzzi Falcone Sport. The Falcones were the 500cc big bikes at the time. The single cylinder was angled forward and the design was for the exposed flywheel to counterbalance the action of the piston. The exposed flywheel gave these bikes (also available in 250cc "Airone") the nickname of Baloney slicer or bacon slicer.
Note the upside down front forks so popular with sportbikes today? Also the shocks were mounted under the engine with scissor style dampers on the rear. They were fast, light and fun to ride.
