VODKA GIMLET:
2 ½ oz. Vodka
½ oz. Lime Juice
Splash of Simple Syrup
Pour Vodka, Lime, and Syrup into a mixer glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime.

KENTUCKY MULE:
2 oz. Bourbon
½ oz. Lime Juice
Ginger Beer to fill
Pour all ingredients into a mule mug or glass of ice. Garnish with Lime and Fresh Mint.
