1. Kaatla fish : 4 pieces
Add some salt and turmeric powder, take it in kadai, add half cup water and boil for 7 minutes. Keep in on a plate, discard the bones. Take a kadai and add:
2. Medium sized Onion : 2 nos, fry it for 2 minutes with medium flame. Now add:
3. Ginger paste : 1 tsp
4. Green chilli : 1 tsp
5. Garlic paste : 1 tsp
Fry them for 4 to 5 minutes and add:
6. Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
7. Kashmiri red chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
8. Cumin seed powder : 1 tsp
Mix them well for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add the fish and mix, now add:
9. Salt : little bit
10. Coriander leaves (chopped) : 1 fist
11. Garam masala : 1/4 tsp
Mix and keep aside to cool.
12. Sliced Bread : 2 pcs
Now add the fish with bread, mix it thoroughly. Shape like finger. Make bread crumb in a mixer grinder machine.
13. Egg : 2 nos, add some salt and black pepper powder and whip it.
Now coat each finger with whipped egg and bread crumb. Keep it in normal freezer for half an hour. Now fry them in a kadai using refined oil, batch by batch with low flame. Enjoy.
