৮ টুকরো ভেটকি মাছ / 8 ea Pices of Bhetki Fish
১/২ লেবুর রস / 1/2 Lemon Juice
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
১/২ চা চামচ গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Balck Pepper Powder
২ টি মাঝারি মাপের পিয়াঁজ / 2 Medium Size Onion
৮–১০ টি কাচা লঙ্কা / 8–10 Green Chillies
ছোট আদার টুকরো / Small Size Ginger
৭–৮ টি রসুনের কোয়া / 7–8 Ginger Cloves
১ বান্ডিল ধনেপাতা / 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves
১ চা চামচ বিট নুন / 1 tsp Black Salt
১/২ চা চামচ ভাজা জিরে গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
নুন / Regular Salt
১ চা চামচ গরম মশলা / 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
১ চা চামচ চিনি / 1 tsp Sugar
১/২ চা চামচ লেবুর রস / 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
১ চা চামচ সাদা তেল / 1 tsp Refined Oil
১ টি ডিম / 1 ea Egg
২ চা চামচ ময়দা / 2 tsp Flour
রেখে দিন ১ ঘন্টা / Keep it For 1hour
২ টি ডিম / 2 Eggs
নুন এবং গোলমরিচ / Salt and Pepper
পেনকো ব্রেড ক্রাম্ব / Panko Bread Crumb
