Hey friends! In today's belly dance tutorial video I'm going to be sharing with you my 5 top tips on how to get incredible shimmies!!

My 5 tops tips are:
1. STRETCH! It's so important to warm up your muscles and stretch out so you get optimum movement from your legs!
Follow my warm up routine -    • 10 minutes Belly Dance Warm Up, Stret...  
2. TECHNIQUE! Make sure you've got the proper technique in place
3. FLOOR! Follow my great tip on improving your shimmies on the floor
4. WALL! Again, follow my great tip on improving your shimmies against a wall
5. PRACTISE! practise practise practise. It makes perfect afterall right?
