Who Needs The Light? | A Shadow of the Mad King Fan Trailer

Insanity and sociopathy consumed Prince Oswald Thorn as he schemed his way to the throne of Kryta. A prankster and troublemaker turned into a murderer, a negligent husband and father, and a failed king. In the ninth century, a Krytan mob stormed Castle Thorn and ended his earthly rule. The Krytans hid his body parts and obscured their location with magical seals, thus binding Thorn to the Underworld. Now the ruler of the Mad Realm, a sub-realm in the Underworld, King Thorn returns to Tyria once a year to wreak havoc upon Kryta.

This trailer is my own telling of a fictional side story within the Mad King's narrative. A brave adventurer seeks to uncover the mysteries of the Mad King and is met by the swift wrath of an agent of the Lunatic Court. An agent who strips her of her life and the life of the one most important to her. Upon returning to the mad realm, this agent presents himself to the Mad King for his next assassination.

This is the first time where I have recently made a video in a narrative style. I learned a lot while making this trailer and hope to apply these lessons to my future videos! Please leave me any feedback in the comments below :)
