How to knit SUPER EASY Ribbed Knit Hat pattern for kids and adults
Welcome to my knitting tutorial! In this video, I'll show you how to create a cozy hat using chunky yarn that's perfect for men, women, teens and children with a head circumferential between 19-22in. Whether you're an experienced knitter or a beginner, this step-by-step guide will help you craft a beginner friendly basic, stylish and warm hat.

SIZES:
Adult Men/Women with head circumference between 22-24in
C/O 81+1 sts / make 72 rows / decrease the 2 rows + 1 more (k2tog) all around
Children ages 5-7yrs with head circumference between 17-18In
C/O 72+1 sts / make 62 rows/ decrease for 2 rows
Children ages 2-4yrs C/O 63+1 sts / make 52 rows / decrease for 2 rows
Children ages 1-2yrs C/O 56+1 sts / make 46 rows / decrease for 2 rows

*You can easily adjust the length and width of your hat by working fewer or more rows, or by casting on fewer or more stitches in a multiple of 3 + 1

Materials used:
*Needle size= 6mm circular needles (16in long)
*Yarn= Big Twist Classic #5 yarn (57g). You can also use Aran or 10 ply
Approx. Gauge: 2in = 11.5 rows / 10 sts with 6mm needles in hat pattern
