The California 14ers: Mt. Langley | FAIL START | Cottonwood Lakes | New Army Pass

[June 20, 2020 ~ Timestamps below] Mt. Langley is the southernmost California Fourteener. It has one of the longer approaches, but is an easy ascent coming from the south with a few sections of light scrambling. On this two day trip I camped at the Cottonwood Lakes on the first night, then reached the summit via New Army Pass and back to the car on the second day. What should have been around 24 miles became 30 - that may have been avoided if I had brought a map!
