Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater is "A Modern Heaven" | Get Out of Town

Описание к видео Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater is "A Modern Heaven" | Get Out of Town

Laurita and Lauren visit Fallingwater, an iconic house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania. The home is situated on top of a waterfall, which flows underneath it, and combines nature into the architectural design. The cantilevered structure has a cozy and homey feel as low ceilings and large windows provide a connection to the natural world outside. Wright originally designed Fallingwater in 1935 as a home for the Kaufmann family, owners of Pittsburgh's largest department store. Today, the property is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that attracts over 150,000 visitors from all over the world each year.
