The Commemorative Air Force B-17G "Sentimental Journey" arrived at Nampa, Idaho 11 a.m. August 9, 2021. The CAF says the historic bomber will be at Nampa until August 15. Ground tours and flights are available. More information is on the CAF Flying Legends of Victory Tour website.

Arrival of the Flying Fortress was met by a color guard with members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion from the local area.

And if you plan to see the B-17 at the Nampa Airport, save some time to visit the Warhawk Air Museum on the airfield, and have a bite to eat at the Tower Grill, a highly rated airport eatery.
