This is a shoulder shaper workout using 5 to 8 pound dumbbells. We wouldn't go any heavier than 8 pounds while working the shoulders, but of course you CAN go lighter than the weights we are using. We have 6 exercises for 30 seconds of work with a 20 second break. We'll be doing each exercise twice. Let's get started!
