Chinese built hundreds of villas , UNFINISHED!

Pre covid the chinese designed and started to develop a new city on Bokor Mountain . This was mainly aimed at selling to chinese migrants and investors , however today as you will see in my video vast rows of concrete house shells remain vacant and unfinished . Also evident are approx 5 major apartment towers 5 stories high also in the same condition . It is remarkable to see close up and it is not widely reported what the end result will be . Will the chinese developers , builders come back and finish this monster project . Sadly huge acreage of land , rural forests have been decimated , cleared to make way for this housing .
