BUILDING BOOM IN LIVERPOOL 2023 | New Construction Coming Alive Part 1

In contrast to my previous Liverpool video on stalled projects, in this video I want to send out the positive message that there are plenty of projects in Liverpool that are going ahead.

I was responding to someone who commented in the video flagging up several projects. I visited them for this video. We look a little bit at the heritage of the Scotland Road area and how the Kingsway Tunnel cut a swathe through the area. I also mention the fondly remembered Gerrard Gardens.
