Healthy Knees + Feet Exercise: Flexor Hallucis Longus Strengthening with Resistance Band

This is one of my favorite go-to exercises to issue to patients with knee pain. Of course it is best applied in the context of an integrative physical therapy plan that gets to the root of your issue, BUT if for some reason you cannot book an in person or video session with me, here's your next best bet.
