羊腩 1200克 1200g Lamb brisket
混合醬料270克 270g mixed sauce
薑100克 100 grams ginger
蒜頭10辮 10 cloves of garlic
冬菇10隻 10 mushrooms
竹庶半支 1/2 branch Chinese sugar cane half-branch
馬蹄4隻 4 Chinese water chestnuts
乾蔥頭4個 4 shallots

南乳30克 30g of Red Fermented Beancurd
腐乳120克 120 grams of Fermented Bean Curd
柱候醬2湯匙 2 tbsps of Chu Hou Sauce
磨豉醬1湯匙 1 tbsp of Ground Bean Sauce
花生醬3湯匙 3 tbsps of Peanut Butter
蠔油2湯匙 2 tbsps of Oyster Sauce
糖2茶匙 2 tbsps of sugar
