The top priority for a job is often the location, followed by not having to work on weekends. For working mothers, finding a job that allows them to work from home is a major consideration.

The HR rejected the travel expenses from the sales team and would not be reimbursed.
In the States, where people often have to fly in for interviews, companies typically cover their travel expenses. Some candidates encounter delays in reimbursement, especially if the company takes longer than expected to process the claims. This can be frustrating for candidates who have already invested time and money into the interview process.
