Chapathi is very common in every household as a breakfast or as a lunch. Chapathi's can be prepared instantly. The chapathis fail if they become hard after cooked. Everyone prefer soft chapathis. In today's video I show you how to prepare chapathis perfectly. I have used wheat flour to prepare it and maida as a dusting flour. I served tovve /dal with chapathis. But any curries can also be combined with it.

Salt to taste
Sugar 2sp
Ghee 4sp,
Requires hot water
Maida 1 cup
