Fresh products was founded by Ahmad Mostafa Khodr in 2011 in Lebanon and he grew the business since then by diversifying its offer and expanding geographically to the current 300 hectares of land.

The company produces mainly carrots (80%) followed by potatoes and onions (20%). Production is extensively audited by expert engineers and consultants to ensure the best crop for their customers.
Fresh products controls the whole process from seed development, planting, harvesting, processing (14 Ton/H), packaging (10 Ton/H) and distributing (Avg 50 Ton/day).
