Bikepacking Dunoon

In this sixteenth episode I head to the west coast of Scotland for a two day bikepacking adventure from Dunoon on the Cowal Peninsula in Argyll and Bute. The route follows amazing gravel tracks and takes in Loch Tarsan, Benmore Botanical Gardens, Loch Ech, sections of the Cowal Way then heads to the Ardgartan Peninsula for an overnight stop at Mark Cottage, a remote lochside bothy. The follow day the route heads across Dukes Pass then to the fourteenth century Carrick Castle. More gravel including the Blairmore Horseshoe then back to the ferry in Dunnoon.
