Scratchbuilding the Cargo Drone from Escape Velocity Nova

You know what's a cool game? EV Nova was a cool game. I don't know if I ever hired any cargo drones when I played, but the design is super cool.

Lots of styrene sheets, in .020 .040 and .060 weights
Some styrene rods (.060 diameter)
Two old superglue caps
Misc. plastic tubes, caps, and nozzles (idk what they are)
The ring from a roll of scotch tape
A wooden skewer (wrapped in masking tape)
One tiny googly eye
Lots and lots and lots of superglue and Weld-On 3
Acrylic paints for basecoats
Oil paints for weathering and dark washes
