Solo Female Traveler: After receiving wonderful news from home, I party like it's 1899 and drink one delightful cocktail after another, including Fleur de Absinthe - Absinthe the way the bohemians drank it!. In between spirits, I discover the very pretty Park Monceau in the 8th Arrondissement and once again end up by the Seine.
