You can use this as a frosting and as a filling for a variety of cakes and bakes. I used it to fill some Macarons here. It would also work well on cupcakes. Easy & Delicious

Recipe

75g of Butter
100g of Icing Sugar
200g of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice

Chill for about 20-30 minutes afterwards before using
