Scammers & CleanApps - Are they really that "clean"?

This is a discussion between Louis Da Re, Executive Director of CleanApps, Bogdan Odulinski, President at CleanApps and me.

CleanApps is an organization closely tied to AppEsteem and it's representing the different companies within the industry. It wants to fight bad actors in the software space but among their charter members are confirmed scam companies.
I'll question them about their affiliation to scareware and scam call centers such as Saburi TechLiveConnect and what they're doing to combat scammers. Are they legitimately fighting scammers and deceptive apps or are they just pretending to be to boost the sales of the companies that they represent? Feel free to join on and also ask questions.
