這個港式雞蛋餅真的算是童年回憶, 好像現在做的人越來越少了. 這次的食譜簡單地還原了港式雞蛋餅的味道, 超鬆脆!! 超有蛋香!! 零失敗!!

This Hong Kong style egg biscuit is what I always had when I was a little girl. Miss it so much!! Remind me of the old days. Heaps of memories… It is so easy to make and super crunchy!! Full of egg flavour as well!!

材料 Ingredients:
雞蛋 – 1 – Egg
蛋黃 – 1 – Egg yolk
糖 – 60g – Sugar
低筋麵粉 – 100g – Cake flour
泡打粉 – 2g – Baking powder
無鹽牛油 – 25g – Unsalted butter
