Hi 👋 Myself CHEF KHALID 👩‍🍳

Thadiyangai (White Pumpkin) is a famous food intake in the regions of Papanasam, Tirunelveli, and Nagercoil etc., 350 years ago a famous dish was made using this White Pumpkin in the kitchens of Shajahan a famous Mughal empire.
So today I will share with you the various healthy recipe that's love ❤️ to explain your health need 😀

Needed all of INGREDIENTS

While pumpkin ( Thadiyangai) half kg.
Salt to test .
Kaduge 2 gram .
Vathal (red chilli 🌶) 2 pice .
Curry leaves 10 pice.
Udund (urdh dal) 2 gram.
Onion 1/4 pice.
Curd 50 ml.
Mastered oil 3 tablespoon.
Water 400 ml.
Coconut a half pice
Garlic 4 pice
Green chilli 4 pice.
Zeera 5 gram.

COOKING METHOD...
Clean and skin out well, Cut small dices the white pumpkin (Thadiyangai) .
Take a pan add 400 ml of water , add salt to test.
Boiled the pumpkin ( Thadiyangai) well, then stain and rest aside for 10 minutes.
Take another pan add Mastered oil 3 tablespoon, then add the Kaduge, Vathal, Zeera, curry leaves just fry and remove a bowl .
Take a mixture jur add the Coconut, Garlic, zeera grind and make a fine paste.

Again Take pan on the fire add the Boiled pumpkin (Thadiyangai) and add the paste, add salt to test cook until the Coconut paste is cooked, when it done, remove another bowl and rest aside for 10 minutes make sure it will cool down.

Then add the curd make sure the salt is correct..
