Chest Press (w/ Alt. Press - 10 reps), Decline Flies, Underhand DB Push-ups

Circuit 2:
Alt. Front to Lateral Raises, Close Press, Underhand Front Raises

Circuit 3:
Zeros, Kneeling Underhand Press, Pronated Cross-overs

Triceps Superset:
Single Arm Overhead Tricep Extension, Tricep Push-ups
