This is my story about being diagnosed with endometriosis. After years of chronic pelvic pain, painful periods, frequent infections (both yeast and bacterial), food allergies, stomach problems, and even my hair falling I self-diagnosed with endometriosis.

Since then, I have had laparoscopic surgery, done pelvic floor therapy, chiropractic, traditional chinese medicine, acupuncture, pharmaceuticals, and talk therapy to try and manage my Endo.

Endometriosis has NO cure. It can only be managed and I am doing my best everyday to improve my health and manage my symptoms. I share my journey in hopes that it helps you. Please comment and let me know if there is other content that you want to see.
