DARKMODE FPS Eye Training Warmup 2023 (HIGH RES)

I created a darkmode eye tracking/eye training warm up for those with sensitive eyes. I wanted a warmup that was high-resolution and didn't have little errors in it. Practicing eye tracking and training your eyes can improve focus, reading speed, visual perception, and can improve cognitive abilities. This video can be set up to 2560x1440 and 60 fps.
