Dr. Arthur Chillo describes and demonstrates his field testing machine for testing the consistency of malted milk bisquits used for tea-duelling. This short film was made for the World-Wide steampunk event 'Steampunk Over Ether' during the Coronavirus crisis. The testing machine is steam powered, on the atmospheric principle patented by Thomas Savery and adapted for practical use by the often overlooked genius, Thomas Newcomen, in 1712.
