If The Path to Ascension event is successful, you can enter Augury rock on the west side. From inside, you can get up the scaffolds and rocks to get to the Page.
However, if the event is bugged or closed, this is how you can do it.
From Augury's Shadow waypoint, head towards the north side of Augury Rock.
Use a Springer to get as high as you can, then glide over to the ledge on the northwest side.
You will need Advanced Gliding for this. Aim for the small ledge under the big one, then use a springer to get up.

From Olishar's Oasis Camp waypoint, head southeast, across the waters. The Page is on top of a broken building.

From Skimmer Ranch waypoint, head southeast. The Page is on top of a small building by the Trained Skimmers, Rations & Workers.

From Skimmer Ranch waypoint, head southwest. Go up the rock pillar using a Springer. There are mobs on top.

Head further southwest to where the Champion Unbound Djinn spawns.

From Olishar's Oasis Camp waypoint, head far southeast, south of Whispering Grottos. The Page is in a cave behind the waterfall. There are some mobs in here.

Head south to The Deadhouse. Take the Sand Portal outside the entrance. The Page is behind a statue in the second room.
