How to make Filipino all time favorite kakain . Bibingka or Glutinous Rice Cake using frying pan or kawali .
ingredients.

1 young coconut shredded
half cup evapoeated milk
half cup condensed milk
1 small can coconut milk
2 cups Glutinous rice flour
cheese

materials for cooking
frying pan with lid
patchment paper or banana leaves

How to cook
Mix all the ingredients until become a smooth dough .
Grease frying pan with oil or butter
Put in the patchment paper then pour the mixture.
Springkle with amfull amount of cheese on top .
Turn on the fire at the lowest heat
cook 20 to 30 mins depends on the thickness of the dough mixture
Turn upside down to toast the top of bibingka for another 5 mins in lowest heat.
