3 Slices of cheddar cheese (about 60g)
50g . . . Unsalted butter
3 Egg yolks
3g . . . . Vanilla extract
45g . . . Cake flour
10g . . . Cornstarch
‣Meringue
3 Egg whites
4g . . . . Lemon juice
50g . . . Sugar

▷Cook Time
Bake at 250°F /120°C in water bath for 25 minutes. Temperature transferred to 300°F /150°C bake in water bath for 15 minutes. Remove the water tray and Reduce the heat to 230°F/110°C bake for 40-50 minutes. Turn off the oven. After 15 min takes it out

▷Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours before serving
