Hi, welcome back to my channel! Today, we're talking about 10 healthy habits that WILL change your life for the better. I always talk about the importance of habits. Habits that change your life by supporting your discipline when it comes to fitness, school and work. But which habits exactly? While these are different for everyone, here are my top 10 favorite small or big habits that helped me become consistent with working out, nutrition and becoming a better version of myself ever day!

When we are so busy, always running around and stressing about the next impossible task, that takes a troll on our body and mind. We tend to neglect our physical and mental needs. Maybe we do want to be fitter, have better endurance, eat healthier or be happier and more at peace with ourselves, but feel like we simply don’t have time to do so. Sounds familiar? Not everyone can spend 2 hours at the gym and another 2 hours cooking healthily every day even if they wanted to, and that’s ok. But there are 10 habits that take almost no time and can be easily incoporated into your day to vastly improve your health and happiness!
