Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper
3. In a bowl melt the cheese.
4. Once melted add flour, baking powder, xanthan, and egg.
5. Knead until well combined
6. n a pot add sauce ingredients cook over medium heat until it boils and reduce hit and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes
7. Roll out add sauce and fillings
8. Seal and make slits on top
9. Brush too with melted butter and sprinkle garlic salt
10. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done depending on filling
