• Fresh yeast: 1 tsp. (3 g) or dry yeast: ½ tsp. (2 g)
• (Optional) Extra virgin olive oil: 1 tbsp.
• Bread flour: 1 ½ cups (220 g)
• Spelt flour: ¾ cup (100 g)
• Salt: 1 tsp. (6 g)
