I don't usually buy radios from eBay but I liked the look of this Astor APK and it's late 50s retro style. When I unpacked it I was crestfallen, it looked awful! I put it aside with some other junk radios, I had serious eBay buyers remorse.
I was looking for my next project and could see the little Astor peeking out from the corner of the room, I'll give it a try, if it's no good I will use it for parts.
I also have great success when trying the RetroBright process.
