NIKE DRAGONFLY VS £50 RUNNING SHOE | IS IT REALLY WORTH IT?!

If you've watched elite racing on the track over the past year, you've seen the Nike Dragonfly. It represented the first generation of so called 'super spikes' utilising similar technology to their pinnacle road racing siblings.

We linked up with GB International Athlete Dan Jarvis to put a series of shoes in the Nike running line up through a 4x1200m track session to find out if the Dragonfly is really THAT much faster than a regular daily trainer!
