Описание к видео Cycling the Trail of the Coeur d' Alenes in Northern Idaho

The Trail of the Coeur d' Alenes is a 73 mile paved Rail-Trail in the northern Rocky Mountains in Idaho. This scenic Hall of Fame bike trail starts at the eastern terminus in Mullan and goes through some historic old mining towns like Kellogg and Wallace. Heading west the trail leaves the old mining district and takes on a more wilderness feel, as it follows the Coeur d' Alene River into the marshlands before crossing Lake Coeur d' Alene on the Chotcolet Trestle, a very cool lake crossing. Watch out for an abundance of wildlife including Bald Eagles, Osprey, Moose, Beaver and many species of water birds. The trail ends at the western terminus in Plummer. Check out the Native American Memorial honoring veterans from the Coeur d' Alene tribe. Put this trail on your list, it's a "must do".
