How to Make a Raspberry Royale & 7K Negroni (feat. Chappy) | 7K Distillery

Happy World Cocktail Day! Chappy’s back and keen to walk you through how to make a couple of cocktails featuring our Raspberry Gin. Which one do you fancy? A Raspberry Royale or a 7K Negroni? RECIPES BELOW ⬇️

- - RASPBERRY ROYALE - -
A twist on the Kir Royale, which was a cocktail for people who got bored of drinking sparkling wine.

In a Champagne flute, add:
- 30ml 7K Tasmanian Raspberry Gin
- Top with sparkling wine
- Garnish with a raspberry (bonus points if it’s a Tassie raspberry!)

- - 7K RASPBERRY NEGRONI - -
A chance to show off not one but TWO of our gins and our aperitif! Bitter is better.

In a stirring glass, add:
- 20ml 7K Tasmanian Raspberry Gin
- 15ml 7K Modern Tasmanian Gin
- 10ml 7K Raspberry Aperitif
- 30ml Campari
- Ice

Stir and then strain into a rocks glass with a big ice cube. Garnish with an orange wedge & a fresh raspberry!
