How to Make a Thai Basil Smash Cocktail | 7K Distillery

A twist on the classic Gin Basil Smash, we've used our Dry Chilli Gin to whip up this Thai Basil Smash! As always, Chappy's here to walk you through the recipe 🌶️

To make a Thai Basil Smash, you'll need:
- 60ml 7K Dry Chilli Gin
- 30ml lime juice
- 20ml sugar syrup
- some Thai basil leaves (with a few left over for a garnish)
- a dried chilli for garnish
- Optional: a few drops of 7K World’s Hottest Gin

Add gin, lime juice, sugar syrup, and a handful of Thai basil leaves into the shaker. Give the shaker a thorough shake, then double-strain the cocktail into a tall glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a couple of Thai basil leaves and a dried chilli. We recommend adding extra heat with a few drops of our World's Hottest Gin - guaranteed to warm you up in the winter months! 🔥
