Bakery Style Baked Nippattu is spicy, crispy and full of flavours. Nippattu are from the the state of Karnataka. It is similar to thattai from Tamilnadu and Chekkalu from Andhra, but a few ingredients are different and hence there is a slight difference in taste and texture of the nippattu. Nippattu are usually made during festivals like diwali and ganesh chaturthi. 
These tasty baked snacks can be stored in airtight containers for up to a week. Try this at home and we are sure you will love it.
